Happy Wednesday everyone!
This is one of my favorite breakfasts. I eat this almost every morning. If you haven’t tried Greek style yogurt, it is thick and creamy even the non-fat tastes rich. Paired with organic granola and I add fruit such as blueberries or strawberries or even kiwi (my fav fruit) . Some people add honey but i skip honey. Most granolas sweet enough already and the honey just adds a lot of sugar to your diet which takes away from the health aspect. Greek yogurt is high in protein and keeps you feeling full for hours. It’s a perfect start for your day!
Recipe
1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup organic granola, dark chocolate & red berries (made with organic cocoa, flax & coconut) mine I purchased at Costco.
1/3 cup of any fruits
